We are delighted to invite you to an enlightening Speaker Series hosted by the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls. This series promises to be a remarkable journey through thought-provoking discussions and insightful presentations.
Our inaugural speaker is Dr. Barbara Burstin from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Burstin is an expert on America and the Holocaust as well as Jewish History in Western Pennsylvania. She will speak from her scholarship about how Americans viewed the Holocaust and make connections to the history of Western Pennsylvania. Her engaging speaking style and profound knowledge make her the perfect speaker to kick off our series.
