Full Schedule - 2025

Tuesday, August 26th
8 am – 3 pm Open class livestock entries accepted at the Livestock Barns
8:30 am – Home & Garden exhibits judged (Closed to the public)
10 am – Rabbit Judging
4 pm – Exhibit Buildings & Tents open to the public
4:30 pm – Turkey /Stuffing or Lasagna Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
6 pm – Parade and Opening Ceremonies with Freedom Big Red Marching Band – Outdoor Stage and Midway opens – one price wrist bands $25 each
6:30 pm – 1st Responders & County Officials Ice Cream Eating Contest and Monster Truck Pit Party
7 pm – County Crew / Bingo / Goats and Lambs judging
7:30 pm – Monster Truck Show

Wednesday, August 27th
3 pm – Livestock judging
4 pm – Exhibit Buildings & Tents open to the public.
4:30 pm – Stuffed Chicken Breast Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
5:30 pm – Department 24 Judging at the Antique Farm Equipment Area
6 pm – Midway opens – one price wrist bands $25 each and Kid’s Peddle Tractor Pulls
7 pm – Hog & Steer Judging / Crows Run Band / Figure 8 Races, Half Car Races. Side by Side and Rough Truck Timed Races are open to public to register & participate / Bingo

Thursday, August 28th
4 pm – Exhibit Buildings & Tents open to the public
4:30 pm – Stuffed Pork Chop Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
5:30 pm – Public Watermelon Eating Contest
6 pm – Midway opens – one price wrist bands $25 each
6:30 pm – 55+ Puzzle Building Contest / Big Knob Livestock Club Awards
7 pm – Big Knob Livestock Market Animal Sale / Project Band / Truck and Tractor Pulls with Full Pull Productions / Bingo

Friday, August 29th
4 pm – Exhibit Buildings & Tents open to the public
4:30 pm – Fish or Ham Loaf Dinner (Dining Room) **Until sold out**
6 pm – Midway opens – one price wrist bands $25 each
6:30 pm – Kid’s Power Wheels Demolition Derby
7 pm – Demolition Derby by Derby Dog / The Eldorado Band / Bingo

Saturday, August 30th
8 am – Antique Tractor Pulls
12 pm-3 pm: James Tobin & the Dewey Decimators
12 pm – Exhibit Buildings & Tents open to the public / Horse Show
12-4 pm – Midway MATINEE SPECIAL $15 wrist bands OR $30 wristbands TO RIDE FROM 12pm – 4pm & 6pm – Close
4:30 pm – Country Fried Steak and Mashed Potatoes Dinner (Dining Room) **Until Sold Out**
6 pm – Midway opens – one price wrist bands $25 each
6:30 pm – Part Time Cowboys
7 pm – Bull Riding Mania Rodeo / Bingo
9 – 11 pm – Exhibits may be claimed for all departments
