The PA Breast Cancer Coalition traveling photo exhibit is visiting Beaver County for the very first time!
Join us for a free opening reception on Thursday, April 16 at 5:30pm at the Beaver Valley Mall, on the stage near the fountain. At the reception, hear from local breast cancer survivors as they share their powerful stories of strength, resilience and hope. Light refreshments will be served. If you plan to attend, please rsvp at- pbcc.me/exhibitrsvp
The exhibit will remain on display throughout the mall until Friday, April 24 at noon.
About the exhibit:
The 67 Women, 67 Counties: Facing Breast Cancer in Pennsylvania is a traveling photo exhibit hosted by communities across PA, that showcases at least one woman from each of the state’s 67 counties and serves as a unique reminder of the emotional and physical toll breast cancer takes on each woman and her family. Since 1994, the exhibit has been hosted by more than 180 communities across the state.
About the PA Breast Cancer Coalition:
The PA Breast Cancer Coalition represents, supports and serves breast cancer survivors and their families in Pennsylvania through educational programming, legislative advocacy and breast cancer research grants.
