Buffet Dinner Menu
Bratwurst grilled over coals and placed in an onion & dark beer broth served with sauerkraut and horseradish mustard

Pork Schnitzel – thinly pounded pork cutlets dusted with seasoned bread crumbs and topped with a lemon butter & flat leaf parsley

Potato Salad – baby red potatoes, bacon, red onion, apple cider vinegar, parsley & Dijon mustard

Traditional Cabbage – purple and green cabbage, thick cut applewood smoked bacon, onions, caraway seeds, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar & bay leaf

Petite Chive Potato Pancakes – hand shredded and pan fried served with dill sour cream & side of curry apple chutney

Spaetzles – Hand tossed egg noodle dumplings served in a light brown gravy

Dessert
German Chocolate Berry Cake Homemade peach simple syrup is poured over the cake in hot pans as it is removed from oven then covered with a topping of dark chocolate, cream cheese, fresh whipping cream & topped with fresh berries
